Curses on you, Jen, for telling me about the oh-so-addictive site - The Pioneer Woman! I've been late for two appts today because I lost track of time. (I even ran the kids to piano today in my "never leave the house, frumpy lounge clothes!!")

She is totally warming my heart with the stories of her 40yo, developmentally challenged brother, Mike. Or as she (very lovingly) refers to him "My Retarded Brother, Mike". :) I love it! And her step by step, meticulously photographed, scrumpious recipes make me jealous!
