Long delayed Easter pics

We had a wonderful Easter. At church, worship was fantastic and Bo finished up his three part series on the Wonderful Cross. I taught my class (2&3's) about the Resurrection and gave everyone an empty plastic egg to show how Jesus' tomb was like. I'm not quite sure if they got it or not... they seemed to be focusing more on the fact that there wasn't any candy. :)

This is our Easter picture Steff took outside of church. Try getting two toddlers to look and smile at the same time!

After church, we planned a last minute party with friends from church. The Forringers came over first. We decorated eggs, ate ham until we were stuffed, then we hunted eggs (the good kind with lots of chocolate), then ate the chocolate, played games and talked. Then we invited the Growden's over last minute when realised they didn't have plans. Only Dave and the twins were able to come, but we had a great evening eating leftovers and talking till late into the night. I love the sharpening process of Christian friendship.

Proverbs 27:17 - Iron sharpens iron, so a man sharpens the countenance of his friend.

Love it!
